Frank served as a pilot in the RAF Desert Air Force flying fighter bombers in support of the 8th Army and spent a period in POW camps in Italy and Germany.
Shortly after his return to England Frank wrote his final exams in Corporate Administration and Finance to qualify as a Chartered Secretary, and was a Regional Prizewinner in the U.K. The subjects included Accountancy, basic Auditing, Corporation Law, Commercial Law, Economics, Taxation and Administration.
His experience in the UK included Administration in a major Retail Chain, Secretary Treasurer in a mixed business group, and in a manufacturing subsidiary of a large group before bringing his family to Canada in 1954.
For six years he managed a Bankruptcy Trustee business, where he introduced some innovations in salvaging companies. He spent several successful years as CFO of a secondary manufacturing company before entering the consulting field.
This has included Personal Financial Planning, Investment Counseling, Income Tax Advice and Planning, Counseling Small Business, Mentoring and Lifestyle Counseling. He has developed an effective method of conducting selection searches for Investment Managers.
Frank is well versed in current Income Tax situations.
His objective is to help develop a Quality of Life zone in which clients can achieve maximum satisfaction out of everyday living.
He has been an active participant in community, youth, business and church affairs.
